I have a Chinese Crested that I got from Phoenix Pharms in PA. Perhaps their website may be able to help you. However there are many forums for cresteds too. This is a really good one to consult:

There are breeders in Florida, I know this from when I was doing my own search for a pup, I don't have names as I did find a breeder local to me eventually so just keep looking.
There is also a rescue in Florida

Just be sure to do your homework on them especially with regards to grooming, they are much more work to care for than even a long haired breed

Call your local AKC affiliated Kennel Club in your area. If there are no breeders in this club they can put you in contact with Chinese Crested breeders. I know one in my state if you have no luck finding one in your area. She has been the secretary of our local kennel club and has bred and finished championships on them for many years.
