genocidal nuclear weapons program, or wait until Tel Aviv or New York is in smoking, uninhabitable ruins?

YES. We should believe Iranian President Ahmadinejad's genocidal threats against America and Israel and move to stop Iran.
NO. A few million dead Americans and Israelis are a small price to pay to defer the criticism of the "global community."

The Americans, the Europeans, and even the Israelis really don't know what it is all about, do they? During the last generation hundreds of thousands of children have been taught all over the Muslim world in madrass schools to become martyrs for Allah in order to kill the infidels.

These youngsters not only are ready to do it, but are actually in the process of doing it. Bombs are going off all over the world killing and maiming thousands of people, not only on 9/11 in the US, in London Madrid and Bali, but in Africa, India, Bangladesh, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and many other places. The first signs of the Islamic Tsunami are already here, but the West doesn't understand, or doesn't want to understand what is coming.

The Americans, instead of realizing that this is as bad as World War Two, or even worse, are going to pull out of Iraq, handing it over to Iran on a silver platter. Next may come the Saudis and the rest of the Gulf states. When dirty bombs go off all over Western towns, who is going to stop the Iranians?

The world is a "wait and see" kind of place. It would probably take a bomb on New York or Tel Aviv (God forbid) before the US or Israel would get in gear.

There are a lot of open minded people in Iran, especially among the young. They need to be embraced, while Iran's current government of fascist religious messianists destroyed.

Plus, the US is hunkered down in a costly unpopular war as it is.
And Israel is run by a bunch of 5 year-olds competing with each other over who's king of the kindergarten.

Iran does not have the nuclear capability of doing anything yet. The threats are empty. Iran is also a fairly democratic country and probably becoming more so. Such talk will go away after that generation dies off.

Iran does not have a nuclear weapon program,Iran has a nuclear energy program...and this is not illegal since they signed the NNPT...
So NO,they shouldn't attack Iran...US attacked Iraq based on some false presumptions and we all see what happened...Iran it's not Iraq...Iran has the capability of defending itself (and no,not with nukes) and more Iran has the support of some countries that not even US would risk upsetting...
Iran is not a threat...

Here are some other alternatives that the Zionist and war-mongering media doesn't advocate...How about freeing the occupied Israeli territories from settlers and having two states with Israel within its 1967 borders...in fact, implementing UN resolutions instead of having them vetoed by U.S. How about compensating the for the unjust suffering that Palestinians have face for decades by being uprooted from their homes...How about recognizing the fact that other nations, too, need protection from a berserk nation like Israel with track record of usurping others land, destruction of nations like Lebanon, and mass killings and torture and racist policies. How about translating the words of Ahmadinejad and presenting them in context instead of falsifying them?

Finally, why resort to insanity and murder when justice needs to be restored in the Middle East...and hands off the Iraqi, and Iranian oil, too!

Iran is a wonderful country with bad leadership (sound familiar?) and maybe when bush is gone someone will work with them. I do not think another war is the answer. Our military has given immensely and deserves a break. You have to consider, another front means a draft.

Just curious did you know that Iran had a democratic government in the 50's but the US toppled it and installed the shaw? I think unwarranted meddling has far reaching results, often not very positive.

NO. And not for the reason you state. We've been bumbling around the Middle East since 2001, and haven't done a bit of good to make the world a safer place. We've been continually lied to by this administration. This is an administration that puts incompetents in powerful positions because of who they know, clearly not what they know.We need to establish a dialog with Iran and work with them. Remember, in the fifties, we were the ones who screwed them over, with the CIA-backed overthrow of their democracy and installing our Shah. They're pissed as hell at us and rightfully so. We need to be making peaceful overtures, not sabre rattling.

Why ask the question if you are going to give your own dumb answers? Where do you get your "facts" from the Zionist Daily?
Where did you get your quote about the Iranian President? I never saw it published anywhere, except in the Israeli press.
Israel has hundreds of nuclear weapons and has browbeat and blackmailed countries in the middle east for decades. I think it is time for other countries in the region to be allowed to develop its own to protect them from Israel.
The USA provided this arsenal, now you want us to invade another country based on the instigation's from Israel.

yes we should, but only to oust his regime and stop this genocidal maniac from making true on his threats. Even if Iran cant reach America we cannot let Israel fall victim to the actions of a mad man.
