I think it is funny because my girl uses that every single month, yet lets say I am having a bad day, she says " Dont take your bad day out on me!" I feel like saying, "How come when you are in your bad moods you say that I should be nicer to you and let you take it out on me, yet when I am in a bad mood you dont help me out of it at all!!!"

You know?? What do you think??

no, actually I don't think females use that as a cop-out and here's why: Most times, if you tell someone your bad mood is PMS or cramps they immediately blow off whatever is bothering you like it doesn't matter.

Just because I'm having PMS does not mean whatever is bugging me "doesn't matter"! Therefore, I (and all the women I know) generally don't mention it when I'm having PMS or cramps or both. Because if I do, then nothing I care about will mean anything. But if I keep it to myself, then whatever is bugging me MIGHT be listened to.

Does she apologize for treating you bad after it's over? Because regardless of PMS (which can really make it hard to be nice) one should still expect an "I'm sorry" once the PMS is over. I manage to do that, it isn't hard and my husband is fine with it. Just because one has PMS or even cramps does not give one lisence to run roughshod all over other people.

And when you're having a bad day, do you communicate that? Or do you jsut act like an ***? There is a difference between the two. Imagine if you were having a bad day and you ALSO were dealing with intestinal disturbances at the same time, it can get awfully hard to be nice to everyone. PMS and cramps are NOT the same as just having a bad day trust me. Cramps can be like someone constantly hitting you in the gut. PMS can feel like you have the flu.

I thin you both need to learn to communicate a little more politely and learn to say "I'm sorry" afterwards.

I think that you are on the right track but you are a little confused. Yes, your girl should help you through your bad times. If she isn't there for you then what's the point of being with her? However, your bad mood and her hormonal disposition are two completly different things. Yours comes from outside circumstances while hers comes from inside mechanisms. Of course some girls use it as a "cop out." They believe that they can maximize on their situation by being more demanding than usual without being held responsible for it. All women don't get in a bad mood during that time although some certainly do. I think that your girlfriend is playing you dude. If she was really a girl who couldn't help her mood, I think that she would be extra sensitive to other people when they were in a bad mood. She would try to treat others how she wanted to be treated because she would know what it was like.

PMS is a very real thing, however yes some women will use it to try to excuse poor behavior or moodiness instead of just admitting they are in a bad mood for no particular reason...

people are allowed to be in bad moods...we don't need PMS or excuses to not be cheerful and happy all the time...it gets old when anyone uses the same old excuse to explain behavior when it's apparent that excuse is a lie...

seriously.. you guys have no clue what we are going through.. i mean it would be just so sweet if you can give us s heat pad on our tummies and just be really nice to us cuz we are going through pain and our bad moods are naturally coming out, its not like it was from a bad day..

just a little simple thing and we can get so mad about it.. sorry but thats just how it is, we can stop that. and next time instead of taking angry on the girl.. go workout, play games, clean, or run.. those we help both of you. you can get some things done, and have a better body and it will hold you relationship together and not have so many fights

This is an easy one,

If you have a bad mood or bad day, it is just because you can't handle your life the way you ought to.

If she has her PMS, there is nothing she can do about it, she is a slave of her hormones. So you have to be nice to her.

PMS IS not a copout. There are months that i could just kill someone if they got in my way. But i do think she should be more sympathetic if you have had a bad day also.

First off, girls can't help their mood swings when it's that time of the month, but I think that you should talk to her about it. Maybe she will let up. Talk to her, don't yell or fight about it. all right? good luck!!

Girls expect the world to revolve around them and they don't care about you it's always about them
