It will be very difficult to find an attorney to file a complaint for you, because they will be afraid of having negative repercussions if they ever have to plead a case in that judge's court at a later date.

You will likely have to pursue it on your own by contacting the BAR Association in your state. They have complaint procedures and all of the paperwork you will have to file.

Judges do have the discretion to determine what is and what isn't evidence. It is not at all uncommon for a judge to throw out something that he deems not to be evidence.

The dismissal of your legal counsel by the judge may be a different subject. Was your attorney licensed to practice law in the state where the case was being heard? What were the circumstances that led to the dismissal?

All in all though, you have a very tough road ahead of you should you choose to pursue this.

Sorry.
