well if they where just together and nothing was going you don't have to worry about ne thing but if they where like kiss or have sex them i would say break up with her and if the guy was really your friend then he won't be doing that

Try and mix with your other mates and do loads of things you like doing. Try and put both of them out of your mind but be ready to accept there friendship again. they probably wont last 5 minutes so enjoy your freedom . If it gets to much take half an hour when its raining or preferably thundering go out in the country and cry for ten minutes . Come back home have a bath and ring up anyone who is interesting. Get involved with anything that makes you happy.

Look yaseen I can fel the pain that u r going through but hey man never trust these girls buddy.....
No need to fight with ur friend as I know they r the first one to be there when u need them....
Just ask ur gf about the whole thing n also let ur friend know that u can't tolerate ur girl with anybody....
If he is ur good friend he will understand n co operate..!

Well, if they were doing anything(Kissing) then you need to go up to your gf and make her explain. If her story doesn't check out, break up with her. Then go up to your best friend, and tell him off. Wheather he beats himself up about it or not tells you if he's even worth it.

Just keep watch for few days...see their activities what they r doing......r they just friends or they r creating any new realtion. If u find so.....talk to ur gf abt it and ask her what is in her mind. And if she has got changed then left her.

forget the past sacrifice for him and her. do good as much as you can because this is also a kind of love to them. you may have better love relation with the other girl in future so why not try for other too.
