Does anyone know the graduation fitness requirements for the navy and the army??

Score a 50% on each section of the APFT.
It's easy to do and they will prepare you for it.

I am not sure, but it helps if one is a football player or a basketball player.
At Annapolis this past year, a senior was prevented from graduating because he finished the run missing the standard by 20 seconds. How he owes the govamint something like $140.000.
While at the same time, the Navy football captain was cleared of rape and conduct unbecoming and was still allowed to graduate. Now he can look forward to being remorseful while he's making millions of dollars, courtesy of our taxes.

Recruiters should be able to tell you that. You could also go to the web sites for the various forces and look up the requirements there.

in the army, the requirements are to pass the PT test. if you want to know those just google it. sorry i dont know anything about the navy
