You obviously do not have any girls. My daughter is 17. There is a reason God only gave me one child. I love her with all my heart, but HOLY COW has she been a handful! I've gone through countless tearful breakups, periods, worrying about whether or not she's sexually active, make-up, hairstyles, clothes, OMG I have a zit and prom is in 2 days, and fending off all the boys! But then, I haven't had to go through fist fights, endless injuries, battling my husband for alpha male, etc.
Each gender has their joys and problems. Each CHILD has their own behavioral difficulties and rewards.

it is proven that boys brains work different then girls brains. this is seen from birth til death. that is why women and men can't see eye to eye on things and have conflicts within a relationship. it would be hard for a woman to raise a son because they don't understand why their son acts the way he does. it is easy for a man to raise a son, and it would be hard for that man to raise a daughter, just as it is hard for the woman to raise a son. it is best that a boy have a positive male role model in his life, even if its not a father. it can be a coach, a teacher, a church member, or another family member. i prayed that i didn't have a boy, because i know they are tough. you could probably read up on the way males think and it may help you understand them and help you better.

How are boys hard to raise? I think they're easier than girls. Girls whine and complain too much. Boys suck everything up and act like men. They don't whine about having to have the latest fashion of clothing or makeup or other things of that nature that girls do.

Boys aren't hard to raise. They just need more physical activity to be balanced. Take them to a park. Get them dirt bikes. Let them be very physically active to get out all that angst. Us girls, we can talk and go shopping and have a good time because we are more mentally and emotionlly stimulated. Guys are more physically and visually stimulated - they are task oriented and like to figure things out. I hope that helps! Models! Puzzles! McDonald's play land! Projects! Hanging out with Dad and fixing cars!!

Each child whatever sex comes with their own blessings and problems.
Boys need to be tough to survive in todays world but that doesn`t mean they have to be uncaring.
Treat your boy with love ,respect and discipline and he will reward you by becoming a first class citizen.
