My diet includes apples, oranges, kiwi, (no bananas or mangoes) carrots, and cucumbers. For breakfast I have 2 egg whites, and a slice of whole wheat bread. Will this diet help me lose weight? If yes, what should be my average weight loss per week? Has anyone else tried this?
I'm 5 feet and 119 pounds (overweight, I think.) I like peanuts and I don't really like milk, meat, chicken or tofu.

Oh yeah, and I do some stationery cycling - about 300 cals everyday. I do include some freshly squeezed orange juice in my diet.
