TOOLS | INTERNET OPTIONS | GENERAL | BROWSING HISTORY | DELETE

Delete the temp files.

You don't need them and can delete - but every time you view something you download and just click "open" then it goes to your "temp folder" so if it's something you want, be sure to click "save" instead of "open" or if you discover you want to keep it after you opened, just close and redo. If it builds up too much on your drive it could slow things down but it's not necessary to delete temp files very often.

temp files are mostly leftover install files. Sometimes if an install gets corrupted, the temp files will be used to fix the install. Delete with caution.

Not needed. You can delete all in that folder.
