I take it instead of Cookies or Chocolates etc.. Does anyone know what the pros and cons of this are.. Is honey fattening etc ??

your body composition should determine how much sugar "you" can tolerate. if your body fat is at average levels or higher then consuming honey is a hindrance not a help. the level of body fat is a direct reflection of the bodies current ability to metabolize blood sugar. that being said if the body fat is high then sugar from any sources should be consumed at a minimum and as early in the day as possible.
