ok this is probably a stupid question but im a girl and what do you do at a hunters safety coarse? ive been hunting once, and it was my first time and it was for squirrles. i got one and olmost got a double. just tell me your experience and if there is anything spacific i should know. thanks. im going on march either the 28 or the 30th somewhere in there

Through books, movies, and lectures they will teach you basic firearm safety and hunting safety. Well I never had to take the hunter safety course because, 1 I’m old, 2 I’m x-military, so both excluded me from the course.
From what I hear it is just plain common sense and if you pay attention during the class you will do fine.

The only stupid question is one not asked. u learn the dos and donts when owning and using a firearm...When to aim, how to carry when in the field/or range, what to wear so not to be shot by other hunters, safety equipment like ear, eye protection. How to secure your weapon when not in use, so your little one cant discharge it. There is a advantage in taking this course. Take it or dont hunt/or shoot anything.
