Okay so I just asked a question a minute ago and did not get what i wanted to hear. So if you guys are such great experts, then give me the answer: what is the best way for me to lose 18 pounds in 35 days, other than excercising. I know i should and i try but don't include that, just tell me how I should eat and also, why wouldn't only eating salads and fruit and vegetables have me lose weight? why wouldn't that work? i wouldn't be eating fats and that diet consist of healthy foods. someone even said that my body fat percentage would increase, why is that?

Cut back calorie intake, drink more water and green tea to flush out your system, and (sorry to say, i know you dont want to hear it) but exercise would help get this done ALOT faster. If you want nothing to do with exercise, just try what I stated on the first line. Cut your calories in half, and the drinks I said.

I think your body fat percentage might increase because you'd be changing what your body is accustomed to. That's why people actually gain weight on diets. 18 pounds in 35 day...That's rather drastic. If completely fasting, chopping off a leg, or gastric band surgery aren't options, I don't think it's possible....
