Just type those numbers in your browser. You will need a user name and password to download anything. You might have to go to freecom.com and set up a user account.

Input that address into the area where you normally type an Internet address. No http or anything, just the number. It should take you to the appropriate website where you can download the programs you need. If the website is keyboard rather than mouse oriented, you will need a file transfer protocol which is probably available at that site.

Cut and paste the number into your web browser and this will take you to the host computer. There no doubt you will find the file you require and you will be able to download to your PC. Go to the link and follow the instructions it is very straight forward. FTP is file transfer protocall it is just a means of transferring large files between PC's.
