Witch is female , a male witch is a warlock.
Wizard is male I think a female wizard is a sorceress.

A witch is a female who practices some sort of magic, sorcerey or illusions of the eye for the purpose of evil.
A wizard is a male who practices magic and the like but for the purpose of good.
Also, their is a warlock, who is a male counterpart of the witch. A wizards' female counterpart might be a sorcerres.
