I'm not really sure. My dog doesn't sleep that often. He normally sleeps through the night and when there is nothing to do he would lie down and rest.

geeze my dog sleeps all the time, im in my moms classroom right now, seeing as i am only 12 years old, but i am an expert in dog care seeing as everyone in my family has or is working in that career and i work at the humane society, but i look at him now and he is just lying there on the floor snoring like an old man would on a bad day. But yes it is very natural to have dogs that sleep a lot, just make sure with sleepers that they get a ton of exercise preferably after eating so they wont gain weight.

That's an awkward question. Generally, dogs don't have an hour-like basis for their sleeping habits. When dogs feel tired or fatigued they go to sleep.

Simple as that! :)
