You have to download software to enable tranfers from your iPOD to your PC. I think you have to pay for most of them, but there are some trial versions out there that you can download.

There was a program I used once called CopyPod... cost me $20 but it worked to get all the music back on my computer from my iPod when my Hard Drive crashed. Google should help you find it. I think it had a demo too... but the demo would only transfer 10 songs at a time.

The same thing happened to me. I wasn't able to get the music back on itunes...I had to download everything back on. I just couldn't find a way to put it from my iPod to iTunes, but hopefully you can!

i'm not sure if this will work, BUT...

1. plug your ipod into the computer
2. there will be a new folder on the left-hand-side of your itunes, saying, "so-and-so's ipod"
3. click on it.
4. you will see all of your songs on the itunes now.
5. drag the songs one by one into the folder, "library" which should be the first one.

HOPE THIS WORKS!! IF NOT, im so sorry :(

Yeah that sucks. I dont think there is anything you can do but for the next time click file and then back up to disc. This will save all your stuff on cd's. It took about 7 cd's for about 1200 songs for me but it will be worth it.

Sadly No.
When you plug your iPod back to your computer it will wipe it.
This prevents people from 'Sharing' music that way..
All in copyright stuff..
