get a small very good plier set.... name brand...

chanel lock makes one we use for this kind of thing on arburetor screws...

I also have a sheffield multi tool 9 in 1 that has a really good set of needle nose pliers with very good teethe that would do it...

I use small left hand drill bits or you can take a Dremel tool with a cutoff wheel and cut a slot in the head for a screwdriver.
