it means dont drive faster then 80km/hr, which is about 50miles per hour

After looking at your long list of questions about driving--my wish is not to be on the road when you are on it. Take off the Aussie hat and learn to drive then ask inane questions that there is no real answer to.

i think it's about 65-70 mph
