I havnt been spanked since i was about 10 yrs old. Lately ive been getting into some trouble at school. its cus the teachers r all stupid. Anyway, I kept getting DT and in school suspensions cus Ive been getting in word fights with teachers, but thats because i dont take crap from people. Anyways my mom and dad keep grounding me and stuff. They said obviusly grounding wasnt working so if i keep it up there are gonna be more serious conseqenses. I know wen I was younger that ment a spanking but i didnt think they ment that. Anyways, I got into it with a teacher on fri cus she was rude to me and i called her some stuff i shouldnt have but she deserved, and i got suspended, only this time out of school. My dad spanked me, over my pants just with his hand but still it hurt and its embarasing! and im grounded all damn week that im suspended. School said next time i fight ill be expelled and my dad said i BETTER not.
Im 13, im too old for spankings! How do I get him not to. Oh im a guy btw

If you are serious about acting out like a toddler, then yes, your father is serious about treating you like one, including smacking your butt.
Should you happen to decide it is time to grow up a bit and change your policy on how YOU act, then your father will revise how he is treating you.
You think you are cool, hip, fresh and that everyone thinks you are all that and a bag of chips because you mouth off at the teachers and get a lot of detentions.
This is the way the world sees you:
(1) snotty
(2) rude
(3) mouthy
(4) arrogant
(5) disobedient
(6) immature
You need to wise up and realize that YOU determine all by yourself the consequences you are accepting. When YOU make a choice, no one takes the fall but YOU.
The teacher isn't to blame - YOU are.
Your friends aren't to blame - YOU are.
Your father isn't to blame - YOU are.
Until you wise up and take on the responsibility for your life, this downward spiral will continue until either you get smarter or hit bottom.
TALK to your Dad and let him help you! Apologize AND MEAN IT to your teachers and ask for their help to change.
Oh, btw, your gender has NOTHING to do with being stupid.
So being spanked like a brat isn't related to you being a boy, it is related to you making really bad choices.

You say you are too old for spanking, that means you must feel like an adult?
In which case you need to sort yourself out, how many mature adults do you see fighting and arguing with each other?
Act like a two year old get treated like a two year old.
Maybe if you show your parents you are grown up they will treat you like one.
Start by apologising,both to them and at school and then maybe you won`t get spanked.
Just for the record I don`t agree with hitting children but if all else fails I`d use it.

You're not too old. Are you ready to get a job? Move out? Pay your own bills? Buy your own house and food? Cover your own back with clothes? You're thirteen. You're still a kid. If you don't want those kinds of punishments, then I don't know, how about you do what you're supposed to in school? You think school is hard now, it gets worse. And yes, the teachers get worse too. But you either do it, or you fail. Now, unless you want to end up dropping out and working at McDonalds for the rest of your life, I suggest you suck it up and get your act together. Stop getting detention and suspensions. You won't have to worry about daddy spanking you.
And you think school is the worst of your problems? Wait until you get out in the real world. You have one of those smart alleck "word fights" with the police, they'll haul your little butt to jail in about a couple seconds. School isn't anything like the real world.
And you give your boss that attitude? You'll be fired and out the door. You need to learn how to act, before you get out of school.

I think you deserved that spanking, 1st it served you right you're only 13 you think you know everything but you don't you're just a lil kid.
Maybe your dad should send you to military school where they would set you straight and teach you how to respect your elders.
Go ahead and call CPS they'll just take you away from your parents , you'll live in a foster home, chances are you'll get molested, beaten even worse than that lil spanking your dad gave you...

At your age I had to walk 2 miles bare foot in the snow to school....
Seriously, too much pride (not taking crap) is sometimes a cover for having screwed up.
At 13 you need to learn how to get through life. Do you want to get fired all the time? That's what happens as a n adult if you give your boss crap.
Learn how to get along.
BTW my father would have used a belt at 13. I respected him, not for the brute force, but for the guidance.
Think of the consequences of your actions.

Sounds to me like you need to get your attitude adjusted a bit. If you were my child I'd have done more than an embarassing spank, I'd have whooped your smart mouthed, disrespecting, a** all the way home and for the remainder of your suspension you would be working for me.
Let your parents know I can reccommend an excellent military school if they are interested.

don't ack like a little punk and you won't have to worry about it obviously being grounded doesn't work for you and obviosly your parents care about you or they wouldn't do anything at all f i'd of had a little more guidance as a young teen then i wouldn't be where i am now. your parents are trying to teach you how things are. in the real world you can t go around acting like that or you go to jail. they don't want you to be some crackhead living on the streets. First off it seems as if you might have deserved a spanking if you are not behaving right. If you don't want to be spanked than you should never give your dad or mom any reason to spank you.
