try eating red meats ( rich in myoglobin, a source of iron ) also vitamin C helps in tissue repair (skin) and enhances iron absortion ... also try getting more sun exposure ..

If you think your diet is bad, then you need to eat a balanced diet every day. 5 fruits/veggies, raw is better and you get more vitamins & minerals that are not destroyed by cooking. Also whole grains, lean meats fish & poultry. Milk & dairy products. This should be daily....not occasionally. A multi vitamin daily will supplement your diet, but it is better for you if you can just eat it.

Make sure you get enough Iron, Follow the food pryamid and take a flintstones vitamin everyday.

you can't know what the deficiency is without a blood check...when you find out what you are lacking, you can eat accordingly. You could just be "deep" white.

i think being pale is also genetic, try drinking celery and carrot juice get lots of sleep and eat healthy.
