I have looked in nascar.com,etc and to no avail found anything about Pole positions for the Kobalt Tool 500 today Mar 18

You could check tomorrow's newspaper? I know Ryan Newman won it, but had to start in the rear because he changed his engine.
It was televised on FOX - try foxsports.com - they have a ton of info.

At nascar.com under race results, there is a column for starting position. It has every race starting in the 1975 season.

If you're talking about how they finished in todays race..at nascar.com go to bottom left hand side and click on nextel results.. you can also see the point standings there after todays' race.

When you go to nascar.com you have to click on starting positions it shows you the whole line up for the race.
