It means "I like you."Je means I.Aimee means like or to like. Tu means you. J'aime is a conjuncted or joined french word.

J'aime tu means nothing.

Je t'aime means I love you.

It looks like bad written French. I can only guess that it says "I love you". Although the correct way of spelling that would be Je t'aime.
