I'm 14 and i weigh 112lbs and I'm only 5'1! how can i loose weight? any tips or websites would be greatly apprieciated. I get called fat a lot and i believe im the fattest of all of my friends.

its not that I want 2 be a size 0 I think that that is too skinny. I would just like 2 have a little nicer body for when it comes 2 dresses, skirts, and swim suits. and of course the obvious boyz

you are not fat. just think positive things about your self. boys will like you the way you are. and just ignore what people say about you. if you want, though just try excersizing a little bit on a regular basis. but do not try to stop eating or anything like that. i had a friend once that thought she was too fat and she stopped eating lunch and breakfast and ate very little dinner. it didnt turn out well. she ended up in the hospital. good luck!!

u arent fat at all but if you wanna loose weight then do this.......go to ediets.com and do an evaluation on ur body type and it will give you a great diet for you.........cut down all fats....and do palaties it works........ dont worry i used to be 130 pounds when i was 14 and now im 22 and i weigh 110 pounds and im 5feet 5 inches tall....... u have to work really hard and temptations will shoot you down..... and if you buy lunch from your school then stop cuz that food has alot of fat in it and itll make you gain weight.......and dont eat three meals a day.......eat like 5 and eat small amounts everytime......dont worry u arent eating more ur just eating more frequently but eating the same amount.......do that cuz every small amount you eat will burn up faster between meal times so ya it normally works when you do that........ and take small 5 min jogs everyday..... it gives you a little kick and its a nice warmup....... u can email me anytime if you want anymore advice saraluvsu786@yahoo.com

well first of all 112 is not fat for a 14 year old, but if your really up to it you could do what i did..fisrt cut off all junk food, eat healthy, do a complete work out everyday, i usually run at least 8 lap at the track, and then after a few minutes of cooling off i would do 150 situps at home,remember drink plenty of water and healthy low fat foods,you should probably not try to eat any later than 8:00pm, it will take hard work but by at least a month you should notice a difference

im a girl. i had this problem because i was 11 and i was 106. i was about 5'1 at the time too. all you have to do is eat healthy. limit yourself to 2 small snacks a day AND all meals. you dont have to excersize alot but you cant be a couch potato either. AND YOU MUST EAT!!! dont not eat cuz u think you are heavy. you have to eat! i am now 12 and i am 5'3. i weigh about 99 pounds. GOOD LUCK

ok wow people these days are so dumb ok but i'm skinny and i dont think i am everyone tells me that i am but if you want to lose weight just go jogging start with 30 minutes then start running for longer periods of time or play sports i play lacrosse and i run and sometimes i go to the gym and do kickboxing its a matter of if you are willing to change you habits you have to be willing to do it and dont listen to what other people say if you are happy the way you are then so be it other people should mind their own business and worry about themselves not you

Oh hunni you are not fat!! Are you healthy? Your body hasn't stopped maturing yet! Please don't aspire to be a toothpick! Women are meant to be soft and have curves.
Just eat healthy and stay active and learn to love yourself. If you don't love yourself, your keeping someone from loving you.
