A co. called reliv has the best weight loss system outthere this wt. loss system is only been available sence Feb. 14th. I have been trying to lose wt. for over 40 years and have never found anything this easy. First things first. You wont lose weight unless you diet so thats number one. Second thing is to do lots of cardio. To lose weight you should run at least 30 3-5 times a week. Then you could do at home excersizes like crunches or join a gym. Try this with a friend to help keep you motivated. Good Luck!

there is just one diet that works and keeps the weight off, its cal EATING HEALTHY and EXERCISING
you can do yoga and or polities it gives you a full body workout and flezibity you can do sit ups/ crunches 15 in the morning 15 at night and you will start getting a flatter stomach in 1-2 months. you can go on runs/jogs for 20-45 mins matters how fast you are running and if you are in shape if you wont more exercises go to workout1.net have fun losing weight Jamie

don't listen to the programs or pills you can use. The best thing to lose weight is watching what you eat and EXERCISING. It is tough to lose weight around the stomach because that is the last spot your body uses the fat. But especially watch what you eat and you will see your stomach form.

I am not that great at keeping up to date with my progress though so I use a online service (from menshealth). It helps me chart my progress and keeps me up to date on how much I should lift each time and what exercises to do. They have a diet plan too, though I haven't used it

try this fun diet get two table spoons of pancake syurp and lime jucie or orange jucie 8 oz of water and bell pepper put it all together and shake it up and you get a sweet loveable drink for lossing weight you can use instead of lunch. Its Beyonce's diet. also do 2 hours of exerise a day and smaller amounts of food

i lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks so far

Eating dairy supposedly makes your waist smaller, you should also do crunches/sit-ups.

If you want a smaller pant size, don't take up running, especially uphill, it'll make your thighs and butt bigger, because of the muscle growth.
