I'm 14 and i weigh 112lbs and I'm only 5'1! how can i loose weight? any tips or websites would be greatly apprieciated. I get called fat a lot and i believe im the fattest of all of my friends even though I excersise and lately i've cut back on eating and havent eaten junk food. Sorry to all you people who are getting ged up with me.

its not that I want 2 be a size 0 I think that that is too skinny. I would just like 2 have a little nicer body for when it comes 2 dresses, skirts, and swim suits. and of course the obvious boyz

Please don't be too stressed about losing weight. According to the attached link, your BMI would be 21, and that's well within the normal range for a 14 year old girl. It's not even in the at risk for overweight category. Just watch the junk food and eat healthy snacks, and continue to eat normal meals. You didn't say how physically active you are, (sports, etc), so if you're not already playing sports or doing something like that on a regular basis, just be sure and stay active, whether walking, riding bikes, etc. That's certainly important at any age.

112lbs is NOT fat for a 5'1" frame. You have only a tad extra weight, but nothing to worry about if you eat and exercise right and are healthy. You are only 14 and may naturally grow out of it. Besides, being too thin just looks sickly to me. I have said many times on her that it is what is on the inside that counts, if people cannot see beyond your looks, are they really worth pursuing as a friend or more?

No you are not to fat for some boys because a lot of guys like meat and you really shouldn't be worried about that right now. You have your whole life ahead of you. Don't stress over your weight if you want to loss some weight then get someone to help you with your goals.

You are NOT fat! Your weight is PERFECT. So if your weight is PERFECT....and it IS....WHY would you want to change??

Your mates must be skinny with figures like boys. You have an ideal weight.

The trouble is, you keep putting negative thoughts in your head AND you allow other peoples STUPID remarks get in your head...so that's why you're thinking negatively....makes sense, doesn't it? If you keep reminding yourself you have a good body weight and are MORE attractive than your friends then THAT will help you to think more positively.

Just keep telling yourself you are looking good and BELIEVE it.

Can't you see it's your friends who have the problem getting caught up in the skinny anorexic look? Do you want to end up that way? The choice is yours.

Relax ! your young yet. Don't get all caught up in the stereo type thing. Your gonna grow some more. Just keep eating right and exercising and all will be well. If your friends call you names then there not much in the way of friends now are they? Be good and God bless.

Well you might be a growth spurt away from perfection - - - keep up with the diet & exercise but start stretching and swimming, lots of swimming - - - - right around sixteen seventeen you'll snag another six inches in height and be perfectly alright - - - people call you fat slap it back at them, they're 'fat heads,' it is their problem, not yours-- -- --- as for diet, hard as it may be no Soda, not even diet, stick to pure tea and juice, not sugered juice but as close to natural as possible, and cut out pastas & starches, stick to greens and lean meat unless you are a vegetarian which is even better.

And if you 'remain' fat then go for African American boyz they are much more appreciative of curves....

if you think 112lbs is fat then you need therapy. you are not fat. fat is 200lbs or more. if people tell you that you are fat tell them to go **** themselves. that's a problem with america they think you have to be a size zero to be beatiful but they are wrong. if you really have a problem just exercise or stop eating fast food and junk, drink lots of water. but still you are not fat even your doctor will tell you that

what are you talking about you're fat?! I wish I could weigh 112 pounds! but i dont know what you look like because you are pretty short (no offense). i'd need to know what you look like to say if you should lose weight or not. i suggest you go on seventeen.com and go to the health section and to the BMI thing where you put in your hieght and weight and it tells you if your weight is healthy for you.

I am only in 5 grade and alot of my freinds weight more then 112 pounds so you are not even close to fat!

That doesn't seem fat. I would say exercise more if you want to lose weight, especially jogging, and eat less food. Even if you eat all healthy food, you eat less food.
