I've been working out fora while, and I've been seeing results but looking at my calfs from the front, they look so stumpy. From the side they look pretty good, but why do they look sostumpy? Its so depressing!

Also, how can I get those lean sexy thighs? And I think my butt is kinda big, how can I fix that too?

I can't do high impact stuff because my knees are crappy and I have patellofemoral syndrome (where my bones are scrapping) in one.

So how can I make my calfs shapely, thighs sexy and bum more perky? And how long will it take?

I dunno if it helps but i'm 5'3 and i don't wear high heels

Like there is shape to them...but I want that slightly longer look. The sexy look, i'm like midway and stalling

pilates with lengthen and strengthen and slim your buns, thighs, and calves also inprove your posture

why dont u try rubbing slightly darker foundation on the left and right side on ur calves and rubbing shimmer on the front
