Get a spray like Bitter Apple. It tasts terrible to the animal so they will stop their bad habits.

I have a beagle, but I don't think we ever had much of a problem with chewing on furniture. Every time you catch her doing it, punish her and say "no". As for toys, my beagle likes rope bones better than plastic ones. I don't know if you've tried that or not.

I have had several Beagles and never had a problem, with chewing. Puppies always chew. Gotta find something he likes ( Washcloth, small stuffed doll, rope ) anything that he will gnaw on. Scold him, then give him the substitute.
Also try keeping him in a room with little to chew on with lots of toys and attention.
I found rope to be a good chew toy.

They sell a sour apple spray at most vets and pet stores that is safe for dogs but they don't like the taste that you could put on what your dog is chewing on. Also you could try a type of toy that he or her could chew on. My dog likes stuffed animals but doesn't like plastic bones so he or she might like that and chew on it instead of what you don't want your dog to chew on.

put her on a leash, and when she starts to chew, correct her. Gently of course. making a brusque tscha sound.

She'll eventually get the idea.

Don't leave her uncrated so that she can chew when you're not there.
