Okay, my dog loves to chase her tail. Also she barks and growls at it too. Does anyone know why?

Okay my dog loves to chase her tail. But she doesn't do it all the time. She has plenty of toys to play with and she gets A LOT of attention. The only time she chases it is when she see's it, does anyone know why?

maybe it just gives them something to do or maybe cuz their just bored or they think it's a toy or something. All dogs bark and they growl when they're angry or when they wanna play

They don't think it's a part of them so they chase it for play

She's probably bored. Get her some other things to play with .

they chase their tails because they miss their littermates and they are playing with it.

it is a game they are playing,if it does it all the time could have a anal problem,best to have it checked out with a vet. good luck -------

well they cant see whats following them around every where, so they think its another dog
