yes it does. Itune has been configured to work with vista. Itune was somewhat imcompatible when vista first came out but apple has since updated their software to work with vista

Today Sunday the 18th Apple Launched a new Update for Itunes. Itunes 7.1.1, the latest version should now work with Vista, primarily Vista ultimate and Home Premium.
The current issues are:
Ipod is not recognized
No sound
Can not upload songs
These problems should now be fixed with the new update.
