What should I do??

I know a lot of girls at school that always go out with guys. Either from a different town or our school (we live in a small town). However I am not like that. I am 14 and have never been kissed or had a boyfriend. I feel like I should be out there getting a boyfriend. sometimes I feel like I will never get a boyfriend because I live in a small town and I don't usually go to different towns that often. I like guys and I do have a few crushes but I don't really want a boyfriend right now. Am I weird? All of my friends don't have boyfriends but they did in elementary school. I don't know how that could be though.

You should not rush wanting to have a boyfriend because you will find a boyfriend when you are in you last year of high school or when you are in college.

You're not weird, you're smart! Just have fun, and focus on being really happy about who you are! You'd be surprised at how attractive guys think girls are who are fun and cute and carefree. Plus, if you act like you could care less about impressing guys, but look and feel really great about yourself, you become like catnip to the boys.

Don't go too fast, though. There is only ONE first kiss, only ONE first date and especially only ONE first time (you know what I mean). DO NOT SQUANDER ANY OF THEM! They, and many other things like them, are so special. You have plenty of time for all of those things when it is right. They should be with special people who are worth it for you! You are a treasure to be cherished, so act like it! Not cocky, but confident. Enjoy all that you are and all that you are not. And don't accept anything less than the best!

Oh, and all those girls in school who are talking about what they've done and how far they've gone. A lot of it is just talk. They haven't done a thing. Don't use them as a guide for what you should be doing.

No its not weird. . .its just not your time for one. Believe me having a boyfriend is not all that's its cracked up to be. If you don't want one right now then don't get one. You are an original and unique. You are not a copy of anyone.

Sweetie, I grew-up in a small town, was homey, one of the band nerds ect...which by 12th grade, I blossomed and became a model, but, still didn't get asked out, and only till 12th grade did I get a date, and found out twenty something years later, that all the guys thought I was just too hot to ask out and I would reject them, so they didn't...found this out on class reunion, so don't sweat you don't have a boyfriend..you are soooo young, you really don't need one now, you are maturing and I know girls grow up faster than boys, plus kids in general grow-up faster these days and have sex and all that, I have two daughters myself in college, and they look like Victoria Secret models, and they are secure enough in themselves they are choosy who they will date...and always have been, and they have had their pick, all these years growing up, but, didn't have to have a boyfriend, because it was just the thing to do, and at your age you have so much peer pressure, but, don't let this bother you....life will bring you a boyfriend when you are ready...growing up in a small town, does make it harder, but, I found their dad in a small town, which is another story, but, you find someone when you are least expecting it, and to me you are too young, but, as I said, I know kids grow up faster these days, but, look at it this way....years from now, do you want to just settle and have alot of guys in your past, alot of heartaches, or wait it out, and just enjoy things girls your age should enjoy, hang out with your friends, the movies, ect....you should be doing fun things and focusing on school, so you can go to college when you get out of school, and believe me, the nerds today are the one's that turn out to be the hunks later in life, and the one's that make the most money...you have plenty of time to find someone...don't sweat this, just enjoy being with yourself, because, if you love yourself, then all that energy comes back to you and you will meet someone when you least expect...I know...been there before, with me and my girls...go have fun, and then one day, boom there they are...and wait awhile to date...years from now you will look back on this and think, gosh, why did I ever just want to jump in and have a boyfriend because others' do...it's not weird, you are just very young, and you need to find who you are and just enjoy life, and remember, you will grow up and find someone who is perfect for you...just set your standards, and morals, and such, and don't be a copy cat, ...it's like the saying, "In a world full of copycats, be an original"...good luck, and have fun and enjoy your friends and yourself, and all the learning you have ahead of you the rest of your life...and having crushes is normal, and it's normal also not to have a boyfriend...you are young, and this seems like a big deal now, but, later on it won't be, I can promise you that...so don't sweat it, just enjoy who you are.

dont worry u dont need a boyfriend. when the time is right it will happen most likely when u least expect it. dont rush it or take the first dude that comes along. take ur time and things will pan out
