msn addict. help my im addicted?

im 13 years old, and i dont go to school because i get bullied im due to start home tutoring soon im due to start year 10 in september and havent got long left im on msn from 3pm till 5am and im addicted and dont have a break i wake up about 3pm i hardly go out only about once a week please help i cant stop being adicted to this stupid msn and its doing my head in ill be very greatfull if you could help me!!!!!!! thankyou very muchhh :):) xxxxxxx

Ahhhhh....I know how you feel! I was addicted to Yahoo Messenger when I was about 16...my parents ended up putting a block on the internet...it helped me break the addiction because I literally could not get online! (I was home schooled too) So maybe if you ask your parents (or whomever is in charge of the internet) to block it for a few weeks it'll help you. It's great because it takes all of the pressure off of you! Happy quitting!!! lol :D

ok i was like that 2 , the reason you are addicted is because your bored, find something to do or go cold turkey with it, my computer died from viruses and i couldnt get on for about a year. watch tv, go for a run think about things other than the computer, take up a sport, go find a hobby, go outside and draw have more fun and their will be less time, i am only allowed to get on once a week for about 45 minutes and i'm living and try to be off by 11 30 at night and get up before 10

I was addicted once but not as badly as you are. Just delete any accounts you have and go find something better to do. Go play outside or hang out with friends. Go read a book or go to the beach or park. When you're outside having a good time you forget about the computer completely. Good luck!!!
