It could have just been stress, or he stopped using an acne treatment, or he just hit puberty. There really is no way to tell exactally, because there are so many different causes that could be the problem.

You must be gorgeous girl!!! He probably liked you for a while, and when he found out that you were feelin' him too...BAM..you sent his hormones into a rage. Chemical reactions started occurring in his body, changing things. It'll clear up for sure once his body settles down.
Take it has a good sign, HE LIKES YOU TOO...ALOT. Don't worry about the acne....i he's got a great personality and you are diggin' him, everything will fall into place!!

One word...STRESS. When a guy finds out someone likes him they stress out and try to formulate a plan, and stress is one of the number one acne triggers

acne is also caused by stress maybe when he found out he got really nervous

probbly cuz he was using oils to make his skin look great to impress u .... then he actually got oily skin so he got zits or hes just getting to that age... its a possibilty
