I am five foot nine and I weigh only 125, but there is still a layer of fat on my outer thighs that won't go away. I know that I am supposed to do lots of cardio and burn it all off, but I can't lose any more fat from the rest of my body because it is already really, really bony and people tell me my torso and arms look anorexic. Does anyone know of a way I can lose the fat just from my outer thigh area?
