Hia peeps, does anyone know a coffee mate or alternative product that doesn't contain hydrogenated fat ?

Just use cream ;o) In moderation it's actually better for you.

I have seen it but it won't do you any good unless you live in Canada. Check the stores and read the ingredients. I don't know if the light one is better or not. I just checked the one I have and the trans fats and hydrogenated fat is a combination of 5%. The trans fat is almost non existent. That's the original one. The only reason I use it is to make my own coco. I use 2-1/2 cups of instant powdered skim milk, 1 cup of the Coffee Mate and 1 cup pure dark coco. Then I process it till it is very fine. I don't put sugar in it because if someone wants a little or a lot they can. I usually throw in a few mini
marshmallows after it's hot.
