If I haven't got a hydraulic press and a balancing machine, I take it to a automotive or motor bike repairer. You can of course just take the wheel. The safety beads are quite hard to break.
You can do it with a set of tyre levers but for the price why bother.
Bicycle inner tubes are a lot easier to change. Bicycles cost a lot less, can take you anywhere you want to go. They are a lot of fun, Good exercise, and only produces greenhouse gasses when you fart.
