if I just eat fruits and vegetables along with rice snacks (60 calories per serving, and no fat) for 35 days, will I lose any weight? and it'll all only be 1000 calories a day.

You need to keep your calorie intake right around 1200 a day. Taking in less calories could put your body into starvation mode. Starvation mode will stall or prevent you from losing weight.

Milk and cereal (careful with the serving--it's not until the bowl is full!) AND fruit would be a good breakfast.
You could have a rice cake for a snack.
Your meals should consist of a protein, veggie and fruit. You could even have a carb. Salad is a great filler for when you're hungry but don't want a lot of calories.
Believe it or not, your body DOES need a fat serving each day!
Be sure to drink a lot of water!! It really does help with the weight loss.

Good luck!☺

Dieting doesn't work at all. Balanced eating does. And you need about 2500 a day of calories young adults and teens. If you want to lose weight hit the gym take a sport like jogging. Also include alot of fruits, vegetable, milk products, and atleast 2 servering of meat products or alternatives. Don't try to kill you self by eating little you need more than 1000 calories a day to do stuff and regular day. What you need to do is balance your calories. So lets say you burn 2800 or 2600 calories. Now you can eat up to 2500 calories. Eventualy you will lose your weight. And when your happy with yoru weight you still have to eat health and exercise. But you can balance your calorie intake by burn 2500 cals and intake 2500 cals. So you stay at your weight.

No that is unhealthy. Loosing 2 pounds per week is your best option. If you loose more than 2 lbs per week it will probably come back on as you will loose muslce / water weight.

Just eat a balanced diet and drink a glass of water before and after every meal to give you that full feeling.
Also lift weights, even though you are a girl you wont build muscle just by moving a dumbell around.
Look at the beach life guards for example they have toned bodys

a diet devoid of protein and fats will results in major catabolism of lean muscle mass. I would expect to see a decrease of weight on the scale and a definite increase in the body fat percentage

diets that exclude macronutrient groups are not balanced and do not provide the body with the necessary nutrients for optimum fat loss while preserving lean body mass

you need some protein, however you do want to stay under what your suggested calorie intake is for your height and weight. That way if you eat under the calorie intake you can lose weight
