If you have the title to the car you can go to a Nissan dealer and they can get a copy using the numbers on the title

Have you extracted the old key out of the ingition? If you have just take the broken pieces to the dealer and have them cut you a new key. If they are unable to cut the key you have you Vin # of the car. They should be able to look the code up for the lock and ignition and cut a new key from that.

Go to an authorized nissan dealer. They are the legitimate people who can cut you a replacement key.

On most vehicles you can pull the drivers door panel and then remove the lock on that side...
often either stamped into the lock or attached to it is a key identification #...
you can take that to either a dealer or a lock smith and they should be able to have you a key pretty fast.

i would call your local Nissan dealership for them to get your VIN number from your car, and then they should be able to help you get a new set of keys
