For instance if I have been talking about a guy I like or a girl I don't like or basically a problem that has been upsetting and I want to ask for advice anonymously....don't you ever get worried that someone you know will by chance find and look at your previous questions and work out it is you?

Not really I don't care only I did ask a question like this before for someone else as they thought that there answers were being checked out, since I done it it stopped cause they know me as well only I don't care I don't think I answer anything too personal only things about myself that are true and am not ashamed of.

no i do not worry. my life is an open book with no friends.
I'm a billy no mates. i just answer honestly giving either basic opinions or known facts depending on the questions i answer. as for asking questions i answer questions i hardly ever ask them as a general rule.
as for the questiioner, stop being paranoid. you are being anonymous and if you never reveal any names ages etc how will anyone you know guess it is you. if they suspect it is you and ask you direct to your face just lie and tell them it is not you, how could they think it was? (even if they guess correctly).

There are so many people from around the world on here, and there are so many questions posted, that it would be nearly impossible for someone to find out who you are, especially if they had to go through and find all of your questions, and put you together through them. Not likely, even if they are really bored.....

Yeah I work at a hospital and I've had to stop answering questions about waiting lists etc in case I get reported at work by someone who sees my name

i have a really great friend i talk to, and i answer alot of sexual things on here, but dont talk about sexual things with her, sometimes i worry shell find out, but its not that big of a deal
