How do you get rid of you inner negativity and become your best self?

It is a process of thought...You need to tell yourself every day whats good about you.If a negative thought tries to creep in you stop it with a positive one.Do things to make you feel better about yourself..Pamper yourself so to speak...Tell yourself long enough that you are a good person with a good attitude and eventually you begin to believe it.

I think the key is to set small goals everyday and think about them. For example if you have a hard time talking to people start with making a goal to say hi or even smile at 10 people a day. Eventually you could say introduce yourself to one new person a day. It's awesome you are trying to improve yourself. Good Luck.

Hi the way I deal with confidence, Is fist to know your worth it , and u r God didn't make any junk...lol
And you can always make your self feel better just knowing that it could be alot worse,, just look at someone eles they have troubles too. your not along... and it could be worse.. but remember your different because God made u that way!! hope this help .. Love your self first..
