Your boy friend is working your mind over very hard. He's being manipulative and disrespectful. He knows you mean what you say but he's not accepting your words in order to get you to do something he wants. He's trying to make you PROVE your love and that's manipulative.

Whatever you do, don't have sex unless you are ready. He may say that will make him know you love him and care about him but it's not true! You can love someone without having sex with them.
My suggestion is tell him you care and do small things that he wouldn't expect you to do for him.

show him that you love him....
*tell him sweet words ...express your feelings ..not with the regular "i love you"..be creative ...say what you are really feeling without being shy ..
*little gifts not the expensive ones but the ones which show your love ..the ones that show your attention..Cd of his favourite singer ..ticket for a concert of his favourite singer...a little kitten or a puppy if he likes animals...
*dress the way he likes ..wear te stuff taht you know he likes ..the colour of lingerie he loves ..

just see once with a great realizing feeling him and ask please say what i have to do to show you that i love u?. what i should do to prove it? u love him its the biggest reason to confirm him that u love him so much. u can also say something regarding this. at the end of discussion u please say him with a feeling-:we can never say that we love other, we can just realize others. but for that one should have a feeling to realize.

im in the same situation too, just show him how much you love him and tell him how you feel if still thinks the same way then he is the one with the problem.
