Tell them straight up, that although they are nice guys and she still wants to remain friends in the future, that being boyfriend and girlfriend just won't happen.

this happened to my friend as well, and even though she really didn't want to be involved with the whole issue, she ended up going with one of the guys anyway. as for the other guy, they're still sort of friends, and he's learning to move on. see if your friend likes one of the guys, or if she's just not interested. if she does like one of them, have her slowly get closer to that guy, but be sure to be gentle to the other guy :]

She should be completely honest with both of them. That's the only way she'll be able to move on and they'll move on.

As long as you allow them to have "hope", they will continue to try, because this is better than "no hope". Therefore, REMOVE ALL HOPE. Period. Be honest. Be open. Be firm when you say, "Be Gone!".

give him what they what they want once and dump them so they'll feel stupid and don't want you no more.
If you just go ahead and tell them off, they'll want it more...
