ok, so, i've lost about like 15 lbs. and i need to loose about 10 more. right now i'm playing a port that involves a lot of running, and i do it 3 times a week. and on the off days, i try to make time to work out an aliptical, an di watch what i eat. well i be able to make the goal in time for july?

I think so! Cut out bad fats and eat less meat and high fat dairy. Eat more whole grain products like brown rice, oatmeal, breads and pastas and lots of fruits and veggies! Also cut way down on your sugars!

Yes, you can make that goal. A healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. You're on the right track, just keep going!

Yeah, cause if you think about it that's like.. a fraction of a pound per week that you need to lose. Choose two days a week where you only eat fruits, veggies, and water and it'll be pretty easy I believe.
