This is really a question you need to ask yourself. Are you ready? How old are you? Have you been sexually active before? Do you love this person and do they love you? If you are not ready - don't. It is always better to wait. If the other person truly cares about you they will respect your decision.

Really this is something that you have to answer yourself. When I was in high school, I'll be honest, my first time was with someone whom I had been with for only a month! Looking back, I really wish I had waited. Now, I am getting married in September to a wonderful man. We actually had sex on our first date - but look at where we are today. It all has to do with how comfortable you are in your relationship. Just ask yourself, if you were to breakup tomorrow - would you have still made the same decision?

Hope this helps!

It's time to have sex when you both are ready to have sex. If you have to ask, then you're not ready. Time is not a factor.

Exclusively? Do you love him with all your heart? Does he love you with all his heart? Do you plan on a lifetime together?
