Outlook is designed for a network email system not web based email. Sorry you cant use Outlook for this purpose. You can use outlook express though.

In order to get your email through teh Outlook Express, you will need both the incoming and outgoing server addresses from your hotmail account. Is there a phone number you can call from the Hotmail servers to get it? You may also try contacting them via the Window Live Account.
