Depends upon the type of tattoo. Temporary tattoos will react with the makeup or come of when the make comes off. Permanent burned in tattoos will cover up easily if you use proper color to match skin tone. I'm not sure about Henna type Tattoos though.

yes but it depends on the makeup. Angelina Jolie used it to cover her Billy Bob tattoo in a few movies.

They do make patches that you put on over the tattoo. I'd go to a makeup studio or makes some calls around to find one.

There are make-up foundations created for people with burn scars, and port wine birth marks, they are water proof, to the point that you can go swimming in tha pool and it stays on. I can't remember the names though, I know of two here in the States, there are no doubt more, so go hunting on line, I remember it has a setting powder that you apply after the foundation, I think also you can mixed two shades two get the perfect shade for any season. Sorry I forgot the names!! Happy hunting!!

Yes but you will need some proper theatrical make-up in your skin tone. Check out ebay or google theatrical make-up suppliers in your area
Good luck

There is a special make-up that you can get at the dermatologist that you can get to cover birthmarks and stuff. I would try this.

Ofcourse it can! Look at Angelina Jolie!!! She's practically in the circus with all her ink. But please let this not be the product that makes you decide to get one somewhere so that you have to use this stuff all the time!
Goodluck! :)
