house-hold ammonia is good- bit smelly though and cheap- don't forget to dilute

I've had good results getting grease off the wall behind my stove using just a Mr. clean magic eraser with a mild cleaner like pine sol. Be sure to wet the sponge with water & wring it out first.

Go to any home hardware store and buy liquid TSP. Don't get the powder kind as it is harder to mix and is also toxic. Use the liquid TSP to wash down everything. This will remove all grease, grime and dust and is safe for all surfaces, even painted walls.

Dish soap first, then kitchen cleaner with bleach if it's really hard to get off otherwise soap and water usually works. Also any "Orange Works" product works great!

try flash kitchen degreaser and a cloth and warm water.
