I was not baptised and am marrying someone who is baptist. Both of us are in RCIA and desire to become Catholic. My father is Catholic. Will the Catholic church marry us?

not until you complete the classes.
unlike some denominations - it's not something obtained by birth to a parent of that denomination.

Probably should ask your priest. The Church is sometimes flexible. The Priest knows you and your intentions. The people here do not and many of them in R&S hate Catholics and won't tell you they are not Catholic when they answer. Peace be with you

Yes, after you both have received your Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist).

Exceptions are made in extraordinary circumstances like danger of death.
