Well I don't believe all the laziness answers at all. The last thing I am is lazy. Short term memory loss, maybe some. And I can really think of nothing more. I wish those who don't know not make assumptions. I am a very productive person and well thought of in my community. I have smoked for 36 years. I also have a medical condition which will soon fall within our states newly expanded med. marijuana laws and I will soon be able to grow my own for it. I do not advise it for kids still in school and learning as it does make it harder. I would much rather see someone smoke than abuse alcohol. Studies have most definetely shown alcohol to be far the worse. I truly believe it better to be doing something natural for stress also than to be taking all the chemical prescription drugs out there as well. All those on valium and clonipin and such. I whole heartedly stand behind it and am a supporter of Safe Access Now and NORML.

It steals you ambition, you waste your time and money.
You get used to a false sense of reality, then again there are plenty of legal pharmaceuticals (antidepressants for one) which will give you the same effects... Any drug abuse is just that; drug abuse..
Try learning to deal with life without crutches
You could end up with a criminal record which would make finding a job, or travelling out of the country difficult (for the rest of your life)..
Guys I went to school with who smoked pot, have not changed much in over 20 years (losers) while the ones who do not smoke pot are doing great things and have a better life.. The choices we make...

Primarily, it destroys motivation. It distorts time, judgment, and perception. It causes you to choose friends who normally you would not want to associate with. It demeans you. It robs you of energy and initiative at a crucial point in your life. It can also land you in jail, and at the least, cost you a fortune in legal fees even if you don't have to go to jail, they'll put you on probation and make you go to some sort of rehab program. Then, on top of everything else, you'll have a criminal record that will follow you for the rest of your life.

It also hurts those around you who love you the most. You might think you want to hurt your mom or dad, but whether you know it or not, they are the best friends you've got, and at some point in your life, you'll learn this. I've been there with my child, and it's a b***h.

Go to Erowid.com (or maybe its .org) for a full list.

laziness that's about all unless your a heavy smoker
heavy smokers just like cigs heart problems mood swings ect
i have many friends that use it in place of prescription drugs that cost upwards of 500 o month for them its less invasive and cheaper by far. and of course it stays in your system much longer then any other drug when employers test they almost always catch the pot smokers but not the, meth heads, pcp ,coke, ect so if you trying to get hired stay off it.otherwise have fun
