I think you should keep him as an option but move on. If he doesn't wanna be with just you, maybe he shouldn't be with you at all. You probably like him more than he likes you so I'd break it off and be happy with another guy. He might get jealous and try to get with you later so he's probably going to be a bit of a flaky bf if he does say he wants only you anyway.

If he doesn't want to be "tied down", it seems like he's going to cheat on you. Get rid of him...if he can't respect you enough to have you as his only girlfriend, obviously he'll never respect you. He sounds like he's bad news, so just get rid of him. Besides you're 13...there's plenty of time to find a more faithful guy.

He's afraid of being rejected like me.He thinks he will be putted down by you for a date.Tell him how much you care about him and if he is still afraid then be his friend not his girlfriend.

god im glad im not 13 anymore. i wouldnt get too serious, i know relationships seem like the whole world at that age, but honestly, they arent. just enjoy things now and wait until you're older.

sure you can stick around! its ok to be friends with him! you'll be what we call a friend 'with benefits'! i bet though, that he'll change his mind in time. don't worry, you just need patience!

hope everything goes good!

i recommend not getting attached. he is afraid of commitment, but then again he is only 14, so i guess he could change, but i doubt it.
