why has there not been any studies done between diet and psoriaisis when so many people have been healed?

science does not know much about autoimmune disorders so with out knowing what exactly causes them treating them is very difficult. the skin is the largest organ of the human body so we do know that deficiencies of various fatty acids are "probably" the cause of many skin diseases and disorders.
